Shipping & Returns
We ship PAN India!
Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of order receipt (order placement). Standard shipping within India costs Rs. 29 and delivers within 5-7 working days (Weekends and holidays not included). For orders above Rs. 800, shipping is free. And we do not have the option of cash payment upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy
We do not have a return policy but are happy to offer an exchange if the items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. Customer guidelines for exchange eligibility are as follows :

If the item was damaged during shipping or wrong product was received, and the customer provides photographic (Interior image with packaging, damaged product image, image of the shipping label) or videography evidence (unboxing video) supporting the same.

Exchange request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange is not eligible incase the customer no longer needs the item, or the item is damaged by the customer.
Refunds
We do not have a refund policy but are happy to offer an exchange if the items are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, provided all the exchange guidelines are met.
